1903 e107 Breisch-Williams

My favorite set as a collector, this historic set is the first major card set for the 20th century. Released in 1903-1904, this set includes the final card for many 19th century superstars as well as the rookie/first card for many legendary players from the 20th century. Three types of backs are known, the most common of which is the blank back. Certain cards were released with "One of a hundred and fifty prominent Baseball players" which are harder to find, and the third type of back has "the breisch williams company" overprint and is the hardest to find. A second type of these cards are also known. These cards have a thicker paper stock and slimmer borders. Please refer to the examples below for the different types of backs that were produced.  As far as I am aware, this is the only pictorial reference for this very rare and highly desirable set.
